Borderlands 2 pc dlc purchased but not downloaded

SIR, I can tell you that I don't have a , I also use MSP for buying pc games or DLC of them Borderlands is not a "games for windows live" or Xbox Live Marketplace game. Steam is similar to how GFWL works, but is completely separate (and overall better). You can not use MSP with Steam. Get over it. End of discussion. Luckily, those affected can now expect some fixes. So I've been offline Borderlands for a few months now and I'm ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ sure my Krieg was close to level I know for a fact I was in Ultimate Vault Hunter mode because I purchased the damn DLC just to play it. I logged in today and something wasnt right. My Krieg was level 41, was in True Vault Hunter, and only halfway through it.
